Personality Branding: Build a Brand That’s Unmistakably You
Everyone knows personal branding matters, yet most professionals stall before they start. The usual advice — post consistently, find your niche, optimise your LinkedIn — assumes everyone should build their brand the same way. It teaches the what but skips the who, so busy professionals force themselves into systems that never feel natural, and they quit. The problem is not a lack of tactics. It is a lack of fit. This programme starts with personality instead, so people build visibility that fits how they actually work and live, and that lasts because the plan is genuinely theirs.
Objective
By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:
- Identify their core personality drivers and explain how these shape their natural brand strengths and blind spots.
- Articulate their personal brand positioning using the Golden Circle (Why, How, What), grounded in authentic self-knowledge.
- Demonstrate confidence in their personality-driven brand identity and explain why generic approaches do not fit them.
- Design a personality-fitted content and visibility strategy that plays to their natural communication style.
- Evaluate existing personal branding approaches for fit rather than adopting one-size-fits-all tactics.
- Apply AI tools as a brand thinking partner for voice development, content ideation, and strategic reflection.
- Construct a personalised 30-day visibility action plan aligned to their personality type and professional goals.
Outline
Module 1 — Know (Your Brand Identity). Discover your personality type and core motivations; your type’s brand strengths and blind spots; build your personal Golden Circle, starting with Why.
Module 2 — Show (Your Visibility Strategy). The seven pillars of personal branding with type-specific approaches; design the content style, platforms, and networking rhythm that fit you; audit where you are and where the gaps are.
Module 3 — Grow (AI as Thinking Partner). Use AI to discover your brand voice, stress-test strategy, and create type-specific content; build a sustainable 30-day action plan designed to last because it fits your personality.

Methodology
The programme draws on established adult learning frameworks — Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle for the overall arc, Gagné’s Nine Events for session design, and Bloom’s Taxonomy for progression from knowledge to creation. It is roughly 30% trainer-led input and 70% participant activity: exercises, AI labs, reflection, and planning. This is a working programme, not a lecture series.
AI is taught through three distinct usage models rather than as a generic content tool: the Three Modes (Diagnostician, Strategist, Executor); the Disney Creative Process (Dreamer, Critic, Realist); and the Advisory Council, which simulates expert advisors who challenge brand decisions from different angles.
