Turn resistance into momentum and lead your organisation through change with clarity and confidence

Change is the only constant in today's organisations, yet most change initiatives fail not because of poor strategy, but because of poor people management. This dynamic one-day workshop equips first-line and mid-level managers with the knowledge and tools to lead change effectively: from anticipating resistance and engaging stakeholders, to communicating a compelling vision and cementing lasting transformation. Using Harvard Business Impact simulations alongside proven change frameworks, participants will practise navigating real change scenarios and leave with a concrete change implementation plan.

The course fee includes Harvard Business change management simulation test cost.
    Objective
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

    • Explain key change management models, including Lewin's 3-Stage and Kotter's 8-Step, and recognise how they apply to your context
    • Identify common sources of resistance and develop targeted strategies to address them
    • Conduct stakeholder analysis and design communication strategies for different audiences
    • Deliver a compelling change vision that inspires buy-in from your team
    • Apply systems thinking to anticipate the wider impact of change on teams and organisational dynamics
    • Use the ADKAR model to cement change and ensure sustainable adoption
